Coconut French Toast

Ingredients:

Coconut flakes. 1/2 cup

Bread 6 slices (a day ago)

Milk 1/4 cup

Eggs. 2

Oil 1 cup (for frying) Powdered Sugar. 1/2 cup


Preparation:

Cut the edges of bread and make small slice of your own choice in triangular, rectangular or square shape.


Mix well powdered sugar,milk and eggs beat eggs until it foams.


Spread coconut flakes in a plain plate.


Pore oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

Dip bread slice in egg mixture and then coat both sides in coconut flakes.

Fry them on medium flame until golden brown.

Sprinkle some coconut flakes to garnish.



Delicious and quick coconut French toast are ready to serve in few minutes.


You can serve them in breakfast ,in lunch box and with evening tea .
